first up is yuuto ! a bit of extra basic info about him :

yuuto goes by he/it , and is afab & transmasc (this however is not public knowledge)

introverted extrovert

he's an adrenaline junkie , and he enjoys getting into fights , and playing sports . (if you see him with a grin on his face during an overblot… you're not hallucinating unfortunatly... ;p)

he is easily irritable , and is often fighting with ace (as ace also does with deuce)

he also has insomnia. he finds it hard to fall asleep until around 3-4 in the morning, and wakes up at around 7-8, unless having to earlier for school.

he often hangs out with crimson and aros (2nd yr ocs) in the pop music club (with kiyuu) before the club starts, sometimes they plays music with them, and sometimes they just hang out

enjoys games, both online and board/card-esc, likes using strategy, though most of the time his temper hinders his ability to actually perform well...

one of the things he enjoys most about being at NRC is broom riding, he absolutely loves it. he often pesters anchor or mace to use their magic to get his broom started in flight class, even though he hardly ever goes out of his way to interact with anybody, even them.

if yuuto had a choice to go back to their world, he wouldn't take it, even if he was forced. he never wants to go back, and nothing would ever make him change his mind.

kiyuu appears to be a confident and cheerful person, taking efforts to resolve conflicts and make sassy jokes

but they're also a chronic overthinker, always acting before they can think and then immediately regretting it afterwards , even if it had no consequence at all, always second guessing herself

she absolutely adores makeup and feminine clothing and stuff and feels most confident when theyr presenting fem and when theyve taken care of their appearance, its one of the only ways she can really feel a little more confident in herself

kiyuu has enochlophobia , the phobia of crowds , and such often grows quiet and fidgety whenever in large groups of individuals

kiyuu also has a form of insomnia , but rather a polar opposite of yuuto's in which he can fall asleep easily quite early on at around 10-11pm usually , but wakes up at really early hours of the morning usually around 2-3am in the morning and can't fall back asleep ,,

they joined the basketball club because they wanted to do something that was familiar to them in this unfamiliar world

they do feel homesick, but if ever faced with a choice to go back to her world or not, kiyuu would stay. because of yuuto, and the rest of the friends she's made, and also because of the freedom of expression she has here as opposed to back home.

Scars: Blade scars on the right side of their neck and lightning patterned scarring across their body.

Nearly died(age 8 1/2) during the attack that took their mothers' life. Feels that they failed their mother by not being able to save her. Found by a Crow contact(Dalia- brother is a crow: House Kortez) after the attack, taken in and nursed back to health. Once fully healed(around a year'ish later) Makié started training with the Antivan Crows shortly after(age 9 1/2).

One previous (non-sexual)romantic relationship, was extremely tumultuous, met during a contract - Veil Jumper- Iseri: killed by a Venatori.

Living on the outskirts of Treviso and staying away from the larger cities had kept their family safe, for the most part, but hindered Makié in other ways. Greatly dislikes even having to deal with populated areas that aren't Treviso/Salle. Ended up banished from Treviso for a while due to derailing a larger plan that the Crows had. Temporary or not, essentially exiled and sent to work with Varric to help him find someone they claim is Fen'Harel. Angry and distraught.

Zaer remembers their parents. While they had more favour because they were both mages, Zaer remembers that they were still treated badly by their owners. How they were threatened with him being sold if they didn't fall in line and obey. He remembers his mothers stories about her clan and how she helped with the ceremonies of those that passed. While his father didn't talk much about his clan, he always talked about going home if they were ever able to escape.

And they were -always- planning to escape. Things just kept happening. Their first couple of attempts failed, it's how they met. Then they had Zaer and didn't want to risk putting him in danger. When he was six, the threats to sell him increased when his own magic manifested. Then they had Siha not long after his seventh.

A couple of months later his parents had gathered their children and only what was absolutely necessary when the sounds of fighting came and they took the chance to run. He remembers the noise, the chaos on the field, the bodies.. So many bodies.

And then his father yelling his mothers name as she collapsed. Something painful on his face across his left eye, the sticky warmth of his blood as he tried to wipe it away so that he could see. The sight of his mother curled up on her side to protect Siha, the sound of her breath stuttering one final time. Their father trying to shield them with his magic only to fall at his wife's side.

The angry lines that etched their way across the right side of Siha's tiny face as he took her from his mothers arms and curled up between his parents bodies because he didn't know what else to do. Then quiet came with the occasional distant murmuring from survivors as they left.

When he finally sat up he'd heard a gasp and found Charon Mercar staring at him and Siha. When Charon tried to come near them though, Zaer had thrown fire at the man to warn him back. The next hour had been spent listening to the man try to convince Zaer that he meant them no harm, at one point he'd even sat down on the field and spoke in a tone that might have worked on a puppy but only earned him a look of distain from Zaer as Charon slowly shifted his way closer.

It took the suggestion and then sworn promise of medical care for Siha before Zaer let Charon near them and after he finally handed Siha over to Charon, Zaer stayed with their parents for a few minutes, fingers carefully tracing over their Vallaslin as he repeated words they'd taught him, words that would guide, words that he didn't fully understand yet but felt compelled to speak.

It was bad enough that he'd never manifested magic. They'd even tolerated the fact that Alaine had cast off what they considered normal in regards to gender, but bringing a man home was the final straw.

He left Minrathous and never looked back. As he and his partner Revari debated on a new place to settle, things took a turn when they fell victim to a Darkspawn attack as they were headed to see Revari's family in Hossberg. Alaine was blighted, while his amatus died. Alaine only surviving because the Grey Wardens in the area were able to have him do the Joining in time to save him.
